I’ve been working with women for almost 13 years through personal training, group fitness mum, mentor, and network marketer.
Ive personally scaled my 1:1 personal training business to a 6 figure group fitness business which freed up so much time for more things I loved
Ive built to a business to top 2% of the industry in network marketing through leading women to create their own incomes or improve healthy habits.
I created this program because women like you deserve the tools, belief, and community to expand into the life and business they dream of.
What You’ll Get Inside 1:1 Mentorship Program With Me
✔We start with a 2–3 hour intensive session to set foundations, a strong clear vision, goal setting, and help map out WHAT you want your life (not just business) and then design ways to leverage your income and time to help achieve these goals.
✔Audit current business structures, money flow, mindset blocks so we can work through areas to create more time and then use this leverage income.
✔Create a custom action plan for the next 4 months aligned with your vision set from first call.
✔Bi Weekly 1:1 Coaching Sessions
This is where we chat in depth about any problems, blocks, help she needs, adjustments etc
✔Daily Support in between weeks where there is no call you focuses on applying what we have covered with access to me daily via text
✔Access to an online portal for training modules to do in you own time
✔Access to monthly business brunches and events
✔Closing call to map out next 6-12 months and option to carry on
